Production tools for the team

Everything here runs in the browser, nothing to install. Open a tool and work. Sign in with your Seed address and your edits save to the team’s copy, so what Brittany opens is what you last saved. Stay signed out and you get a private draft in your own browser instead.

Cue-by-cue show board. Times, segments, leads, crew, AV and status, grouped by phase with its own date. Minutes calculate themselves. Exports a Seed-branded PDF for the crew.

One list of who we call: AV, lighting, catering, bar, rentals, photo, video, security. Sourced from the Contacts board so the ROS pick lists and the directory stay the same names.

How this works

Signing in

Bottom of the Run of Show page. Type your @seedbrklyn.com address and click the link in your inbox. Only Seed addresses can open the team’s documents.

Several run of shows

Once signed in, the Doc control at the top switches between activations, or type a new name to start a blank one from the Seed template.

Updating a tool

Changes go through Christophe. Ask and the page is rebuilt and redeployed, usually the same day. Do not edit the HTML by hand, it gets overwritten on the next deploy.

Printing on site

The PDFs are black-ground by design. If you need them for a printed call sheet, say so and we will make a paper version that does not eat toner.
