Location, lead, crew, AV and status are pick lists. Click a cell to choose. Type a name that is not there yet and it joins the list for every cue after it.

Status runs LOCKED, CONFIRMED, HOLD, TBC, CUT. Nothing goes to vendors until the show block is LOCKED. One line per cue. Lead and crew can hold more than one person: click names to tick them on or off. Drag a line by the dots at its left to move it, or use \u21C5 on the right. A moved line starts when the line above it ends and keeps its length.

Every phase carries its own date. Set load in to the day before and it flags DAY BEFORE against the show date. Minutes calculate themselves and handle cues that run past midnight.
